Refund Policy

Custom printing orders

Most A1Printer products are custom printed or made for a specific customer order. Once artwork is approved and production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned except for verified production defects or order errors caused by A1Printer.

Proof approval

Production begins after proof approval when a proof is required. Customers are responsible for checking spelling, layout, colors, quantities, options, and artwork details before approving a proof.

Artwork and file issues

Customers are responsible for the accuracy and print readiness of the files they provide. Low-resolution files, typos, incorrect sizing, missing bleed, color differences, or other file-related issues may not qualify for a refund after approval.

Corrections

Up to two basic proof revisions may be included before approval when applicable. Additional revisions, design work, or file repair may require a separate quote.

Defects or order errors

If an order appears defective or different from the approved proof or selected options, contact A1Printer promptly with the order number and photos. A1Printer may request review of the product before issuing a reprint, credit, or refund.

Returns

Because custom printed products are made to order, returns are generally not accepted. If A1Printer requests a return for inspection, return instructions will be provided by email.
