Terms of Service

Order accuracy

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product, size, quantity, paper, printed side, finish, shipping address, and uploaded artwork before placing an order.

Proofs and approval

When a proof is provided, production will proceed after customer approval. Approved proofs are considered final for layout, spelling, artwork placement, and order details.

Customer-provided artwork

Customers confirm that they have the rights to use all submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, images, and text. A1Printer may reject files that appear unlawful, infringing, offensive, or unsuitable for production.

Color and finishing

Printed colors may vary from screen previews, office printers, or previous print runs. Paper, coating, finishing, and production method can affect final appearance.

Custom quotes

Custom quote pricing, timing, and availability are valid only as stated in the quote and may change if specifications, artwork, quantity, shipping, or deadlines change.
